Greece offers permits and access to all Schengen countries to non-EU citizens and their family members who own or purchase property in Greece of a value/price exceeding 250.000 Euros. This way property owners make the expanding of their access to Europe possible.

Golden Visa is a five-year residency visa in Greece, potentially leading also to the acquisition of Greek citizenship. It can be renewed every five years, provided the property stays under the ownership of the visa holder throughout the duration of visa, irrespective whether the holder had been physically present in Greece or not. Family members of the main applicant, including the spouse, children of either spouse under 21 years of age and the (spouses’) parents are also entitled to the Visa.
